Your School-Force donation funds quality educational programs at all the schools in the Belmont-Redwood Shores public school district. Though School-Force funds comprise a small portion of the district's overall budget, these programs have a profound impact on all of our students.
The following programs are receiving School-Force Education Foundation funding support in the 2009-2010 school year:
District-wide:
• Librarians
• Technology and Technology Coordinator
• Teacher Training for Writing and Math (Coaches)
Elementary Level:
• 4th & 5th Grade Instrumental Music
• Science Specialists
• Teacher’s Aides
• Crossing Guards
• Noon-duty Supervision
Ralston Middle School:
• Part-time Dean
• Counseling
• Athletic Program
Note: The exact dollar allocation of the $725,000 School-Force donation to the district will be decided after the final budget revision in the late Fall of 2009. When that information is available, it will be posted on this page.
